EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Weiss began his legal career zealously advocating for the rights of injured workers in Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, and Workers’ Compensation contexts. Given his success as a civil litigator and commitment to his clients, Mr. Weiss went on to litigate employment cases pertaining to both public and private entities. Mr. Weiss brought his skills and passion as a civil litigator to Walsh & Associates, APC in 2019, where he continues to zealously advocate and seek the best results for his clients.
While in law school, Mr. Weiss laid the foundation for what was to become a career of representing clients in employment and general liability contexts. Mr. Weiss first gained experience with employment law in class action and individual contexts while interning at Scott Cole & Associates and The Costanzo Law Firm. Mr. Weiss gained experience representing municipalities and government entities while interning at The City of Milpitas, where he helped advise the City and its Police Department on legal compliance and litigation. Mr. Weiss was also a member of a think tank at Santa Clara University School of Law, providing Mayor Gavin Newsom’s Blue Ribbon Commission with a legal background on business zoning compliance.
