EXPERIENCE:

Prior to joining Walsh & Associates, APC, Mr. Arjang practiced for several years at Price Law Group, a prominent bankruptcy firm in Encino, California.  At the firm, Mr. Arjang represented clients in a variety of fields, including Bankruptcy Law, and litigated various Consumer Protection statutes, including Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Telephone Consumer Protection Act.   

Prior to joining Walsh & Associates, APC, Mr. Arjang also practiced at Vititoe Law Group and Yarra Law Group, representing clients in matters involving premises liability, personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, intellectual property, and general civil litigation, wherein he gained substantial litigation experience in both defending and prosecuting claims on behalf of his clients.   

 

Mr. Arjang has been an Associate at Walsh & Associates since June 2018.  While at Walsh & Associates, Mr. Arjang has represented community colleges, school districts, charter schools, and recreation and park districts in both employment and tort liability matters.  He has successfully defended against numerous depositions, and has negotiated favorable settlements on behalf of his clients.       

 

Mr. Arjang currently practices in areas of Civil Litigation and Employment law, handling matters from the claims stage to trial.  He represents public entities and public entity employees in defending against various types of employment matters, including, but not limited to, claims for retaliation, sexual harassment and discrimination on the basis of gender, age, race, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, and wrongful termination.  He also represents public entities against tort personal injury actions.
