EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Pitts has specialized in Civil Litigation and Labor and Employment law since coming to Walsh & Associates, APC in 2014.

He has successfully defended employment cases and tort liability cases in pre-trial motions and at trial, including discrimination and harassment claims based upon age, race, sexual preference and disability, constitutional claims, whistleblower claims, and personal injury claims against public entities, including K-12 school districts, park districts, community college districts, and four-year universities.  He has also successfully handled defamation claims with anti-SLAPP motions.

Mr. Pitts also handles appellate practice and represents our clients in both state and federal courts throughout the state of California.
